Community charities are championed by employees, who in addition to financial donations, volunteer their time and skills to leverage effectiveness. <strong><br></strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Purpose of the role</strong><br> The Senior Campaign Executive will be responsible for supporting planning, implementation, and reporting for multi-channel digital campaigns across designated major accounts in the US. The Senior Campaign Executive leads projects from ideation through reporting, managing timelines and making proactive recommendations. This person will support client relationships through project ownership and proactive, data-driven ideas. They provide quality output and ensure standards are met across the team. This person may also mentor and guide junior team members to promote growth. This individual has a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and is passionate about staying up to date on relevant trends. <br><br><strong>Key responsibilities and tasks</strong><br></p><p><em>Client Management</em></p><ul><li> Assists the team with the management of client accounts and projects, taking full ownership of projects on occasion </li><li>Offers proactive, thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding digital tactics, online opportunities, and trending content </li><li>Supports relationships with clients, establishing self and TEAM LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for digital communications services </li><li>Coordinates communication with clients and ensures deadlines and service agreements are adhered </li><li>Participates in the business development process by supporting with pitch preparation and research</li></ul><p><em>Digital / Social media</em> </p><ul><li>Provides social media execution and management of related digital activity, can include, but not limited to, writing content calendars, scheduling posts, managing creative development, r and blog management </li><li>Implements and maintains social media communities, campaigns and projects for TEAM LEWIS clients </li><li>Works effectively, communicates, and collaborates with internal teams as necessary to push through deliverables </li><li>Contributes to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube and Instagram </li><li>Production of social-first copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform </li><li>Collaborates with paid social, creative, research, analytics, and other teams to execute, optimize and report on deliverables </li><li>Stays up to date on digital marketing best practices and current trends </li></ul><p><em>Team working and development</em> </p><ul><li>Ensures personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an on-going basis </li><li>Understands task priorities to stay organized personally and as a team </li><li>Accurately reports activity levels and regularly completes timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client duties </li><li>Escalates new business requests or opportunities to grow existing client accounts to appropriate team members </li><li>Works closely with line manager to maximize own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development </li><li>Supports with the training of graduates and interns wherever possible </li><li>Regularly attends TEAM LEWIS training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and develop knowledge</li></ul><p><em>Reporting and analysis</em> </p><ul><li>Gathers data for reporting and provides initial analysis and recommendations </li><li>Ensures that all account activity and results are reported back to the Digital Marketing Manager / Director</li><li>Proactively looks for opportunities to level-up work based on results, and takes action to implement recommendations </li><li>Supports in developing performance reports based on social listening and/or account social/digital activity </li><li>Provides reports to the senior management team on request</li></ul><p><em>General</em> </p><ul><li>Supports the TEAM LEWIS team on ad-hoc initiatives and projects </li><li>Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work </li><li>Contributes to TEAM LEWIS’ collaborative culture by building relationships with all departments</li></ul><p><br><strong>About you</strong><br></p><ul><li>Previous digital and social media coordination experience, ideally in an agency environment <br></li><li>Strong understanding of the digital / social industry and related platforms <br></li><li>A persuasive and convincing writing style <br></li><li>Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines <br></li><li>Proactive, resourceful and a self-starter <br></li><li>Effectively communicates and work within a team <br></li><li>Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level <br></li><li>Ability to troubleshoot team and client problem areas – and suggest a remedial course of action <br></li><li>Creative thinking and an open-minded approach <br></li><li>Excellent time management skills <br></li><li>Proven competency in managing a varied workload <br></li><li>Experience with organic and paid social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads) and understands how to tailor copy and creative for each platform <br></li><li>Foundational experience with social media listening and management tools, blog hosting tools and reporting tools a plus <br></li><li>You love technology, and perhaps even have experience working on marketing for a tech
