About the Role

Nelson Education seeks a Classroom Success Lead. Reporting to Classroom Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Edwin enterprise adoptions, focusing on securing renewals and expansions to drive sustained growth.  Your focus will be on aligning support activities with the board's success criteria and building strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.  You have a background in adult training and are dedicated to enhancing educator capacity through the effective implementation of Edwin.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive Edwin adoptions and usage across assigned accounts.
  • Manage trusting relationships with educators, administrators, coordinators, and key decision makers to ensure account success and growth.
  • Manage renewals, and expansions including identifying and mitigating risks and barriers.
  • Achieve specific retention targets and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
  • Make data informed decisions to guide and measure the effectiveness of support activities, ensuring alignment with the board's success criteria.
  • Provide custom solutions by actively listening and understanding gaps, barriers and needs across the board.
  • Deliver training workshops and professional learning sessions both in-person and online.
  • Continually measure the health of accounts to reduce customer churn by implementing proactive strategies.
  • Meet user needs through a service-led approach and communicate feedback and needs to relevant teams.
  • Collaboration across all Nelson teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Strategy to effectively solve problems and innovate.

Requirements

  • Provincially Certified Teacher credentials and a post-secondary education.
  • Demonstrated passion for facilitating connections and collaborations among educators and administrators to foster shared learning experiences.
  • Superior organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives efficiently, maintaining a sense of urgency and results-driven approach.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with strong attention to detail and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient technology skills, including comfort with various online tools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for travel and flexibility to conduct presentations both in person and online.
