The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for executing highly impactful campaigns working collaboratively with various teams to drive new business users, leads, and pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of experience in a demand-focused marketing role at a SaaS company, be data-driven, self-motivated, and have strong communication and project management skills.
What you’ll do:
Program Planning and Process Management:
- Establish and maintain effective processes for planning and executing demand generation programs.
- Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy aligned with overall marketing and sales goals and drive execution
- Own webinar plan and schedule, forecasting and reporting keeping both peers and leaders engaged and informed
Alignment with Regional Leads and other stakeholders:
- Collaborate closely with regional leads to understand market needs and ensure consistent resourcing and execution of demand generation programs.
- Foster strong relationships with regional teams to drive alignment and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop high-quality webinar content
- Partner with other stakeholders like product marketing, paid and social media teams, email marketing and lifecycle, content and creative teams to elaborate and execute impactful webinars with pre and post-webinar strategy to convert registrations into pipeline creation
Implement strategies and initiatives that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Work with sales teams to deliver on key funnel metrics, including new logo acquisition, qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings
- Understand users and our target audience, the reasons they buy, the market landscape, and work with the broader team to turn campaign insights into ever more effective go-to-market plans
Requirements
- 4+ years experience working in a demand-focused marketing role at a SaaS company
- Ability to ground decisions in data and use data to ask and answer questions that move the business forward
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale
- Fluency with marketing automation, CRM, and webinar tools, experience with analytics tools a plus
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- A passion for video marketing and a will to contribute to a creative, video-centric team culture
Targeted Base Salary Range: $95,400.00 to $146,500.00
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
