Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

Main Responsibilities
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for product videos, social media, and website content.
- AI Integration: Utilise basic AI tools to enhance design workflows and create dynamic visuals.
- Graphic Design: Apply basic graphic design principles like colour, typography, and layout to create cohesive visuals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to bring creative concepts to life across digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and maintains a consistent look and feel.
Requirements
Requirements & Experiences :
- Years of Experience : 1-2 years of industry experience in Visual Creative field
- Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and familiarity with AI tools, basic UI/UX design knowledge will be a plus
- Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience: Previous experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design is preferred, especially in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually compelling content.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to produce high-quality visuals.

- Be ready to do anything and everything as instructed (it may even be out of scope).
- The ability to think & work strategically and systematically.
- Have good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout.
- A self-starter, proactive, and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast!
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Strong layout, large-scale FA, and production design skills.
- Strong communication skills to influence internal stakeholders.
- Dedicated to deadlines and have excellent time management to always be on schedule.
- A growth mindset and desire to constantly iterate, improve, and upskill oneself.
- Strong collaborative attitude.
