We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to support the development and optimization of our smart home app, PRISM+ Connect. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in smart home technologies and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Support Product Development:
    • Assist the Product Manager in defining and documenting product requirements and specifications.
    • Help coordinate the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, user needs, and competitor products.
    • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and new feature opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Facilitate communication between engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
    • Ensure all teams are aligned and informed about product updates, timelines, and requirements.
  • User Experience Support:
    • Work with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experience.
    • Assist in usability testing and incorporate findings into product improvements.
  • Operational Tasks:
    • Manage product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
    • Track project progress and update status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Product Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Participate in product testing to identify bugs and ensure high-quality releases.
    • Coordinate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement data.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Internship experience in a technology or product-focused role is a plus.
