Salary: $50/hr - $60/hr DOE + Overtime (Time and a Half, Double Time on Sundays)

Field Service Start-Up Engineer (Rotating equipment exp req) Description
Our client, a leader in turbine diagnostic services, is looking for a dedicated Field Engineer to join their team in Odessa, FL. You will be responsible for performing operational inspections, troubleshooting, and calibration of steam turbine generators and related control systems. You will also be trained in vibration analysis and the use of specialized equipment for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time field position requiring extensive travel, overtime, and hands-on experience with rotating equipment. Field Service Start-Up Engineer (Rotating equipment exp req) Responsibilities
• Perform operational inspections of steam turbine generators
• Troubleshoot and calibrate control systems
• Conduct vibration analysis and balancing for steam and gas turbine generators
• Provide technical direction and project management for turbine maintenance
• Complete reports, proposals, and documentation for projects
• Support gas turbine generator projects as experience allows
• Train on and utilize vibration analysis equipment and control systems
Field Service Start-Up Engineer (Rotating equipment exp req) Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience with rotating equipment inside a plant required
• Turbine overhauls, unit startup, and controls troubleshooting experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work overtime hours required
• OEM turbine generator field service experience preferred
• Familiarity with PLC programming and distributed control systems preferred
