TEAM
Our team of experienced engineers is dedicated to simplifying and accelerating innovation for inventors and creators through a cutting-edge Experimentation Platform. We help inventors and aspiring inventors to test ideas and hypotheses in both digital and physical environments, leveraging A/B testing (among other kinds of experiments) to make the best data-driven decisions. By helping inventors to integrate experimentation into their product lifecycle, we help them ensure faster, better, and safer product releases.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend Engineer to help shape the future of our Experimentation Platform. You'll lead the technical direction of the team to design, build, and deploy scalable backend services and data pipelines. You'll also collaborate with other teams from the inventors lab ecosystem to architect and implement secure and scalable integration layers between multiple components and our platform (including authentication/authorization components).
We ask that you understand data-heavy applications, scalable microservices, and modern development practices. You have a passion for driving innovation and solving complex problems, as well as mentoring and guiding other engineers. You will require a good level of communication and discussions with other teams to reach technical agreements. You will report to the function manager, and this is a hybrid work style role.
