We are seeking talented, highly motivated, and disciplined engineers to join a best-in-class team that plays a significant part in the development of WiFi IoT products and ecosystems by engaging in a very collaborative and dynamic environment. The position involves identifying and developing WiFi Drivers and solves everyday problems for customers. You will be required to work effectively in spite of ambiguity and dynamics in the requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and test software that enables wireless devices to connect to the internet and communicate with each other in an IoT environment.
Work with IoT devices and sensors to collect and analyze data, and develop software that can process and store this data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop IoT solutions that meet customer requirements.
Develop and test device drivers, firmware, and software applications that enable wireless devices to connect to the internet and communicate with each other.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT trends and technologies, and apply them to improve the performance and functionality of wireless devices.

Skills:

Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, device drivers, and software development.
Experience with wireless access technologies like Wi-Fi, WAP, and WiMax.
Experience with IoT devices and sensors, and the ability to collect and analyze data.
Knowledge of network topologies and communication protocols, and the ability to optimize wireless networks.
Experience with software development tools and languages like C, C++, Java, and Python.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with minimum 2-8 years of experience.
Relevant industry certifications, such as through the Cloud Credential Council or the Internet of Things Foundation.
Understanding of 802.11 Wireless/Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ax standards is Preferred.
Familiarity with computer network protocols, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Zigbee protocols is a plus.
Familiarity with the Linux operating environment. Experience in the development of Linux drivers is preferred.
