About the Team
In RevOps we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will join a highly motivated, energetic Revenue Operations Team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts globally across all segments. You will be in a unique position to have a substantial impact on sales culture and top-line and bottom-line revenue.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be tasked with driving significant improvements to Miro’s Sales Process & Strategy. You’ll do this by partnering with key stakeholders in Sales Leadership, GTM Strategy, Deal Desk, Sales Finance, and other organizations to define requirements, guide best practices, and coordinate with the Business Technology team to operationalize best-in-class seller experiences across our GTM technology stack.
You will need to have a strong project management background and employ rigor to manage collaboration across multiple lines of business. As part of that work, you will need to translate business requirements into technical requirements in partnership with our internal and external technologies partners to drive prioritization and development of these initiatives into production. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives post-development, including UAT, enablement facilitation, and success tracking.
What you’ll do
- You will work under the guidance of RevOps and the Sales Operations Center of Excellence to translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap for deployment within our GTM tools
- Act as a project lead on a variety of initiatives, driving timely execution and transparency with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Act as a business partner by conducting in-depth interviews with business SMEs, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements for prioritized initiatives
- Work closely with development teams, regularly attend sprint ceremonies, and ensure alignment on prioritization and feature development
- Define and track success metrics for adoption and utilization of tools and services and identify areas for improvement
- Identify process gaps or areas for improvement to optimize how tools and systems are leveraged
- Create enablement materials to ensure the successful deployment of initiatives
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Business Analytics in the SaaS industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce administration and architecture
- Understanding of Go To Market tools and relationships between systems
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Ability to absorb and react to the changes of a growing organization
