What You’ll Do:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will:
- Greet and check in guests with a smile, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to enhance our services.
- Keep the lobby and common areas inviting and clean.

- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various tasks throughout your shift.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts with day and evening availability.
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must.
