Job requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS Connect infrastructure.
- Optimize AWS services for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Ensure security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
Skills:
- Expertise in AWS services (AWS Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and compliance best practices.
- Experience with automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
