Business Analyst

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems; Finance concentration is preferred

- 7+ years experience in the business analysis domain

- Curious and passionate about discovering how processes work

- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes

- Working experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) financial performance management or planning systems

- Demonstrated experience facilitating work with global, culturally diverse, cross-functional stakeholder teams

- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills; ability to prioritize competing requests

- Excellent technical and business communication skills, including presentation design and delivery

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt within a fast-paced, multicultural environment and translate ambiguity into action

- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SmartSheet and process documentation software such as Lucidchart or Signavio

- Proficiency in Agile software development methodology a plus

- Business Analyst or Six Sigma certification is preferred
