Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Office Administrator
Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, and operates advanced water, and waste upcycling technologies that transform the paradigm of Waste Processing to Resource Recovery. The Office Administrator plays a dual role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office while also providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role involves a variety of administrative, organizational, and executive support tasks that contribute to a professional and welcoming work environment.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange for refreshments as requested
- Manage Company domestic and international travel; including flights, accomodations and rental vehicles
- Manage relationships with travel vendors and platforms, ensuring they meet company standards and negotiating favorable terms
- Maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring appointments are scheduled and conflicts resolved
- Manage special projects for the CEO, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CEO, maintaining professional communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and organize company events, including meetings, holiday parties, and team-building activities. Handle logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of all event-related tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and supply levels
- Monitor Company Post Office Box, and inter office mailings
- Order and maintain stock of office supplies and kitchen goods
- Manage and reconcile company and Executive credit cards, making necessary purchases
- Greet and assist visitors, handle badging and paperwork for tours and onsite interviews
- Assist Human Resources in acquiring employee badges
- Oversee the main phone line, directing inquiries as needed
- Assist with marketing activities, including ordering materials and supporting trade shows
- Ensure smooth daily operations, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines
- Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
- Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks
- Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance
- Maintain good organization skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating travel
- Experience handling confidential information and managing executive-level communications
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience supporting marketing activities and event coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Wage range for this role is between $20-$30/hourly
- Discretionary bonus
- The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
