JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a talented and visionary Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development of innovative design concepts that define brand appearances and cross-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social media and asset production. Your mission will be to ensure that every campaign you touch not only makes a significant impact but also remains firmly on brand, acting as a true Brand Guardian.

As an Art Director, you will independently conceptualize and execute projects, bringing your unique creative vision to life. You will work closely with the Creative, Strategy, Social Media teams, and the Creative Director to ensure that all designs align with the overarching strategy and brand identity. You will be the primary point of contact for clients on your projects, managing feedback and adapting designs to meet evolving needs. Your ability to stay current with design trends and cultural movements will be crucial in ensuring that our campaigns are not only relevant but also ahead of the curve.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about pushing creative boundaries. You’ll bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on design skills to the role, ensuring that every project you lead is executed to the highest standard. Your work will not only reflect our clients' brands but also set new benchmarks for design excellence within the industry.

  • Conceptualization: Confidently and independently conceptualize key ideas and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Advise clients throughout the project lifecycle, process feedback effectively, and adapt to emerging customer needs.
  • Stress Management: Approach challenges objectively and flexibly, quickly adjusting goals and priorities as needed. Handle criticism and workload peaks with professionalism, especially in pitch situations.
  • Results-Oriented: Maintain focus on the client's overarching business goals, steering the team’s input towards achieving these objectives.
  • Initiative: Be proactive and creative, coordinating with project managers to ensure smooth execution.
