You will refer to the Head of IT and become a part of the KIRKBI IT leadership team where you will have a key role in maturing the IT organisation, which acts as a competence- and shared service center for a number of companies within the KIRKBI ecosystem.</p><p><strong>Lead and build a strong IT Support &amp; Service Management backbone<br></strong>As Head of IT Support &amp; Service Management your main goal will be to enhance and further develop our IT support and efficiently manage our IT services management processes. You do this by collaborating with end-users, business customers, vendors and IT internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to mature our organisational capabilities and practices among others: </p><ul> <li>Procurement, Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships and contracts with IT vendors and service providers, and ensure that service level agreements are met (ex. ITM8, Global Connect, Telia, Norlys, Venzo etc.)</li> <li>Process Governance: Describe and maintain relevant ITIL processes, procedures and policies to ensure compliance and reliability of IT Operations</li> <li>End-user Support and Asset Management: Ensure that end-users have access to IT resources and provide technical support in alignment with operational needs and budget constraints.</li></ul><p>You lead the team through direction and involvement to ensure strong performance as well as high motivation and job satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Structured team player and a natural contributor to strong cooperation<br></strong>We prefer that you have experience with support and service management processes ideally from IT consultancy or an IT department in a mid-sized corporate company. You have broad experience with building and maintaining IT backbone structures and solutions with knowledge of governance and compliance, for instance in terms of licenses and agreements as well as relevant technical knowledge.</p><p>Your past leadership experience reflects your capacity to guide your team to achieve anticipated goals, if not surpass them, and to encourage a collaborative spirit among your group and with other professionals in the IT field.</p><p>To excel in this position, prioritising customer interests and the creation of value is imperative. With your good business understanding and an optimisation mindset you are capable of guarding operational excellence – with a sense of urgency when needed.
