Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, social media management, SEO, and analytics to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reach, and engagement.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor, engage, and grow the company’s social media presence to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging content.

3. SEO and Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO best practices.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to improve user experience and conversion rates.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing activities, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed for campaign execution and optimization.

6. Trend Analysis and Innovation

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies innovative.
  • Propose new ideas and platforms to enhance the company’s digital presence.

Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Creative thinking with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
