Job Summary:

• Good understanding of healthcare concepts and healthcare data.
• Understand existing business process, gather functional requirements and document.
• Good understanding of Provider, Payor and Claims subject areas .
• Create source to target data mappings with data transformation Rules.
• Performs Data Profiling as required. Responsible for understanding & defining future business process. Responsible for the getting sign off on the requirements documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of healthcare concepts and healthcare data.
• Understand existing business process, gather functional requirements and document. Good understanding of Provider, Payor and Claims subject areas .
• Create source to target data mappings with data transformation Rules.
• Performs Data Profiling as required. Responsible for understanding & defining future business process. Responsible for the getting sign off on the requirements documents.
• Involve in all meetings with business team and get sign off on all requirement deliverables.
• Handle all defect triages. Work closely with Dev/ QA team for any clarifications on business requirements. Incorporate business feedback in all mapping requirement document and maintain clear version control

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of performing business analysis with specific experience in source to target data mapping
• 6+ years of experience in handling healthcare data covering enrollment, claims, lab, Revenue and Provider data.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with business teams to elicit business requirements
• 6+ years of experience in developing data flows and business process maps
