Plastic Injection Moulding Setter / Qc Position

As an Injection Moulding Setter/QC, you will have a dual role in setting up and operating injection moulding machines as well as performing quality control checks to ensure the final products meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to production specifications
• Perform quality control checks on final products to ensure compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production
• Monitor and maintain machine performance, making necessary adjustments
• Document production data and quality control results
• Work collaboratively with the production team to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience setting Gotty / Demag and Haitian injection Moulding machine
• Basic electrical and hydraulic fault finding and repairs on above mentioned machines and tooling
• Candidate will be responsible for 1st off and Qc on all running parts
• Candidate will take on a foreman roll and will communicate directly to management
• Candidate MUST have experience working with material such as PP,POM,PA66 ,HDPE,PBT
• Basic tool repair
• Shift will be 06:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday with market related package depending on experience
• Willing to travel to Lanseria
