We are currently seeking a talented: Digital Fleet Solution Engineer to join our team.
Technology responsibilities:
- Telematics Solutions: Maintain the health and functionality of GPS with onboard diagnostics (OBD) to collect and transmit vehicle data such as speed, fuel consumption, engine health, and mileage.
- GPS Technology: Maintain the health and functionality of GPS systems to track real-time vehicle locations.
- Mobile Networks: Facilitate data transmission for continuous real-time communication.
- Internet of Things (IoT): Maintain the health and functionality of integration of IoT devices and sensors to monitor vehicle and cargo data (e.g., temperature, humidity, door status).
- GIS Systems: Maintain the health and functionality of vehicle locations for real-time route planning, and effective logistics management.
- Geofencing Technology: Maintain and create virtual boundaries to provide real-time alerts when vehicles enter or leave predefined zones.
- Fleet Management Software: Maintain the health and functionality of integration for all these technologies into an end-user interface, providing real-time tracking, reporting, and analytics tools.
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the health and functionality of the technologies mentioned.
- Guide employees and customers in using telematics devices and solutions (consulting and training).
- Solve technical issues and ensure prevention.
- Constantly supervise and prepare the devices and technical documentation.
- Assess business needs, in topics such as, but not limited to, new features, raise proposals for implementation and supervise maintenance and implementation process.
- Participate in direct communication with business to answer technical questions.
- Perform quality assurance tasks providing solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Business Digitalization solutions.
Requirements:
- Technical Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct technical experience with telematics solutions.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of the technologies mentioned, including GPS, telematics systems, mobile networks, IoT devices, GIS, geofencing, and fleet management software, with the ability to prepare technical documentation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (B2 proficiency level), with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Customer Focus: Experience in guiding and training customers and employees on technical solutions.
Advantageous Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with React.js and Golang/PHP, or AWS and .Net.
- Automation and Programming Skills
- Certificates/Certificates/Attestations/Languages are required to perform the work
- Ability to use English language fluently in verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
We offer:
Base monthly salary: 2400€ - 4600€ (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
