We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide support for multiple senior executives within the revenue organization, reporting to our Chief Customer Officer.  This is an exciting role largely focused on managing schedules, communications, prioritization and ultimately ensuring our leadership teams are operating at their best.

We are looking for someone who has an obsession for details, great communication skills and is always thinking one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management including a high volume of meeting requests across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinating/managing travel and expense management.
  • Coordinating recurring meetings, maintaining agendas and minutes as needed.
  • Anticipating issues and initiating appropriate action to ensure most effective use of leader’s time.
  • Providing general administrative support to Revenue team members in the Toronto office, coordinating with our Facilities and IT teams.
  • Communicating with external customers, partners, and candidates, as necessary.
  • Coordinating townhalls and other department meetings/events.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as Executive Assistant supporting executives
  • Previous experience with events and/or community management is a plus.
  • Ability to execute in a deadline driven environment.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Quick learner organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your own work.
  • Familiar with Office 365 and SAP Concur (Expense Management/Travel Booking) preferred.
