A company that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry with advanced artificial intelligence solutions that empower healthcare professionals with cutting-edge tools that enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and improve patient outcomes is on the lookout for a skilled SDR to drive pipeline growth by prospecting, engaging, and booking high-quality meetings with Mid-Market and Enterprise healthcare organizations.        

In this role, you’ll be critical in connecting our innovative AI solutions with key decision-makers who can benefit from them. With a focus on high activity and measurable results, you will handle 50+ outbound calls daily and work towards monthly targets of 15 Mid-Market meetings and 5 Enterprise meetings (1,000+ employees) booked.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.        
  • Make at least 50 calls daily, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and identify fit.           
  • Develop and refine messaging to effectively communicate Sully.ai's value proposition.          
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.              
  • Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare industry, focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities.              
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.               
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless prospect-to-client transition.                 
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on trends and insights gathered during outreach.           

What You Need

  • 1-3 years of experience in an outbound SDR, sales, or business development role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.      
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting-setting or pipeline-building targets.        
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.              
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle high-volume activity.           
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and lead research platforms.               
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on hitting KPIs and achieving goals.           
  • Understanding healthcare workflows or AI technologies is a plus but not required.           

Salary & Perks

  • Competitive salary.           
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.          
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.           
  • Work from home.           
  • Monday through Friday during regular business hours - PST
