About The Role:
As the HR Manager/People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the full employee lifecycle for our remote workforce of over 50 high-talented blockchain and privacy professionals. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will design, implement, and continuously improve our HR programs and processes.
What You’ll Be doing:
- Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits, including benchmarking, designing competitive packages, and supporting finance with payroll and benefits implementation.
- Perform strategic decision-making in HR operations, develop and implement HR policies and procedures on company level partnering with all company Teams
- Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct and administer a robust performance review process, including setting OKRs, conducting reviews, and facilitating feedback across the organization.
- Implement a fair and transparent job levelling framework to ensure equitable growth opportunities for all our contributors.
- Spearhead the design and rollout of learning and development initiatives to support the growth of teams and individuals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience.
- Champion our company culture and values, and play a key role in our talent acquisition, oversee HR micromanagement processes, foster organizational development, change management processes and onboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment that has large teams of technical staff such as software engineers.
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working with a remote or distributed workforce is essential.
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant HR/employment qualifications are preferred.

- Experience with Lattice HR platform.
- Experience in public speaking and hosting workshops.
