You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, optimizing data storage and retrieval, and conducting data analysis to generate actionable insights for the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store large volumes of financial data
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure efficient and scalable data operations
• Perform data analysis and develop models to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data solutions
• Design and implement data quality frameworks and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering and data analytics
• Strong understanding of writing complex SQL queries
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java
• Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks, such as Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or AWS Glue
• Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and ELT processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with at least one data visualization tool such as Metabase (preferred), Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is desired
