About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join Cars24 in Australia as Registration Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for
- assisting with the registration process of vehicles
- ensuring compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperwork.
- Acquisitions of vehicles bought
- Liaising with Service NSW for over the counter transactions and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24
- Data entry and ensuring our systems is up to date and correct
- You will also provide support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- Customer-first mindset
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position is preferred
- Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferred
- Experience in computer systems
- Strong Attention to detail and time management
- Positive and enthusiastic team player - Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
- Excellent communication skills to enable you to get the job done.
- Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple task and work under pressure during busy periods
