Job Description:
Pay Range $35hr - $40hr - The Case Manager will provide a full range of on-site, person-centered, strengths- based services to a caseload of approximately 20-25 families.
- The case manager will complete an in- depth assessment to determine the family's needs.
- The case manager will assist families with securing financial benefits and other services necessary to support the family in achieving permanent housing.
- Case managers must have experience in social work and child welfare since they will be working with families.
- Case managers must have knowledge of local and national child welfare laws and regulations.
- High communications skills are preferred.
- Case managers must have a sense of cultural competency and sensitivity, as they will be working with the homeless population and migrant residents.
- Case managers must have strong collaboration skills as they will be working with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.
