About the Role
Reporting to the Director, IT Operations, we’re looking for someone to support and manage Infrastructure needs in a mixed hybrid environment. You will roll up your sleeves and dive into Network, AD, Windows Servers, Cloud-based SaaS environments or whatever is needed on a given day.

Responsibilities:
*Work as a part of a team on tasks, and issues to deliver a robust infrastructure to our North American operations
*Work with management to build a rolling 6-week calendar of upcoming changes
*Manage our SD-WAN network architecture, design, and deployment.
*Advance and evolve our network architecture, design, and deployment.
*Provide infrastructure capacity planning and recommendations
*Perform off hours patching of production infrastructure
*Maintain understandable configuration documentation
*Work with Jira for project and task management
*Troubleshoot network, server, and application performance issues.
*Participate in Disaster Recovery tests
*Participate in after hours on-call schedule.
*Proactively drive quality of service across our network.
*Produce regular status reports and updates for management reporting.
*Support the team in areas outside primary expertise.
What we are Seeking
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
*Demonstrated ability to plan, document, track, report, and effectively execute projects.
*Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent projects.
*Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
*Strong communication skills are mandatory.
*LAN/WAN design, development, and installation projects is mandatory.
*Network systems design and configurations knowledge is mandatory.
*Strong experience with Dell, HP, Fortinet, and Cisco products is mandatory.
*A proven ability to provide VLAN, VOIP, MPLS/IPSEC VPN routing and performance management is mandatory.
*A proven ability to troubleshoot network and systems issues (e.g. Fortinet Fabric, WiFi)is mandatory.
*Technical expertise in all areas of network hardware and software integration, e.g. routers, firewalls, layer 2 and 3 switching, etc.is mandatory.
*Experience with Azure AWS Networking required
*Experience with ITSM and understanding of ITIL framework is an asset.
*Thorough understanding of server-based computing and data centers.
*Knowledge of the setup, configuration and maintenance of Windows & Linux servers is an asset.
*Experience with Windows, MS365, Active Directory and Azure AD is an asset.
*Understanding of NIST Cyber Security Framework is an asset.
*Understanding of Agile principles is an asset.
