The opportunity
We currently have multiple opportunities for casual Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. Shift availability from Monday-Wednesday 7:00am-6pm & Thursday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for our CK Store and online customer inquiries
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
- Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into forever raving fans
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time-efficient manner
- Reach & exceed hourly KPI’s (number of emails & phone calls resolved)
- Communicate with customers globally
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service, call center or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Retail experience or knowledge preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency with computers with a typing speed of 50-60 words per minute
- Strong multitasking abilities
