Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health at Mission Healthcare
This is a full-time position in Palm Desert, CA
The RN plans, organizes and directs home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.

RN Home Health requirements:
1. Current and valid California RN licensure.
2. One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS); hands-on CPR certification.
4. Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Associate degree with one year of home health care experience.
