Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary:

Ruggable is looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join our growing UK and Europe team. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply chain of our Europe (UK+EU) operation.

An ideal candidate will have an analytical and pragmatic approach to problems, be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and be able to work both in teams and autonomously.

What You’ll Do:

• Support inventory management and supply planning for UK and Europe
• Manage local procurement and liaise with the local Plant team on needs/requirements
• Support daily transaction and documentation of UK and Europe operations, including UK to EU cross-border transactions
• Communicate daily with our freight and drayage providers to ensure smooth operations
• Execute intra-network transfers via truck or intermodal
• Act as the bridge between our Plant team and HQ Supply Chain / Operations team

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

• 2+ years of supply chain or relevant industry experience 
• Highly driven and process-oriented individual who has experience working within a fast-paced operations or supply chain environment
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, agile and willing to learn
• Local to Birmingham for a hybrid schedule - some travel to our London office may be required

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent in work experience)
• Experience in DTC, Retail and/or Ecommerce
• Experience working in NetSuite or other comparable ERP systems
