You will also be responsible of managing your own portfolio of clients as well as supporting more junior members of staff. </p><p>In this role, no two clients or days will be the same, making it perfect for a tax advisory expert eager for a new challenge at a prestigious top 12 accountancy firm.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess an ATT/CTA qualification and have at least 2 to 3 years of advisory experience, particularly with high-net-worth individuals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing tailored solutions and navigating complex tax landscapes to help clients achieve their financial goals.</p><p><strong>The important work you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee a portfolio of private client tax returns, including trusts, estates, partnerships and high net worth individuals</li><li>Identify tax-saving opportunities to optimise client’s tax positions</li><li>Work with the tax partner and senior manager to provide tax planning and advisory services in relation to Inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax.</li><li>Review personal and trust and estate tax returns and other work prepared by junior staff</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior staff</li></ul><p><strong>The skills and experience you will bring:</strong></p><ul><li>ATT, CTA or ACCA Qualified</li><li>2/3 years working in advisory</li><li>Strong technical understanding of tax</li><li>Strong excel skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communicator</li></ul><h3>Why PKF Smith Cooper?</h3><ul><li>Our company culture, built on our values – Engage, Empower and Excel – encourages initiative, personal growth, and collaboration.
