Our Design team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive design strategy and detailed design execution across internal products that enable our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and patient advocates to provide safe, high quality care to patients.
Who you are:
You are a designer who can design for our internal Electronic Medical Record (EMR) focusing on creating exceptional experiences for our healthcare providers. You are skilled at understanding complex problems across integrated systems and will bring a mix of leadership, curiosity, process, and advocacy for your end users and design craft. You’ll be an integral part of the end-to-end product development cycle and will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, Medical, and Legal. You are a product designer who can contribute to our platform design system and governance process to ensure we intentionally, methodically and systematically evolve and improve our UI components and design patterns.
The target base salary for this position ranges from $164,900 - $198,000 in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
