In this position, you will provide 2nd line support for the LS Retail POS solution, working closely with Retail Application Specialists and end-users.</p><p>Your primary responsibility will be to provide application support to our end-users onboard 17 vessels and 3 port shops as well as HQ users that are using LS retail.</p><p>You will get to work with following tasks:</p><ul><li>Manage incidents through to resolution, collaborating with other teams as needed and align through incident process where required</li><li>Monitor retail system operation, performance and availability, and rectify any issues</li><li>Perform standard configurations in our production system and applications supporting retail operations</li><li>Provide functional and technical support to end-users</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance service levels</li><li>Keep all internal documentation correct and up to date (knowledge base)</li></ul><p>When you join us, we will give you a thorough introduction and onboarding, so you feel well equipped to handle the daily tasks. </p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
