About The Role
Area Operations Associate is a role bridging between the operational and analytical side of business. You need to understand problems and pain points from driver partners, But in the same time, You must be able to translate driver partners’ insight into quantifiable metrics, validate, sizing, and prioritize the problem to be solved.
What You Will Do
- Conduct driver engagement via offline & online event, various training, Swadaya program (Gojek’s initiative to reduce driver expense via partnership with multiple stakeholders), and control spending
- Gather feedback from teams, drivers partner & field, validate insight with data, and offer continuous improvement idea to Area Operations Manager
- Conduct analysis and proposal to achieve business objective or solve problem in your designated area
- Oversee and manage team’s works & project management
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field, preferably from multinational company;
- Strong at relationship building, communication skill, and community management;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Attention to detail & able to manage team performance
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Intermediate in spoken and written in English.
About The Team
Area Operations Associate as part of Area Operations team within a designated city/area, working closely with the region operations team to drive performance and growth. We engage extensively with driver partners, ensuring smooth communication and addressing their needs. Through collaborative efforts, we work to optimize results, improve user experiences, and enhance the overall performance in our region.
