WordPress Admin 10-20 Hours per Week (IC-MM)

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Tasks: Take charge of tasks and processes that cannot be automated, ensuring their smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Manage Inbox: Organize and manage the inbox efficiently, responding to emails and prioritizing communications effectively.
  • ClickUp: Utilize ClickUp platform to keep tasks, projects, and information well-organized for easy access and collaboration.
  • WordPress: Eager to become a WordPress specialist and assist with membership sites, performance optimizations, building with Gutenberg blocks.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects: Be flexible and willing to support the team with additional tasks and projects as required.


  • You MUST be available during regular business hours.
  • At a minimum, basic knowledge of Wordpress is required.
  • Must be coachable.
  • Eager to learn new skills to become advance in WordPress is a must.
  • Digitally sharp and comfortable working with platforms like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and WordPress.
  • Intuitively organized, able to structure information and tasks in a logical and accessible manner.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively jump in to assist before being asked.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Dependability to adhere to schedules and commitments.
  • Ability to work 10-20 hours per week M-F.
