<title>About the role</title>

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You’ll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of euros spentof spend on advertising & brand campaigns, to identify the marketing communications that have the highest performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. In your job, you’ll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

  • <point>Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing investments to recommend the optimal budget allocations between channels, markets, and specific campaigns - following the existing frameworks. </point>
  • <point>Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to design and analyze</point>
  • <point>A/B tests for marketing communications initiatives with minimal supervision</point>
  • <point>Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing teams and leadership supporting day-to-day operations, business reviews and strategic decision-making</point>
  • <point>Support the stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and bring visibility by building dashboards and reports. </point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Business</point>
  • <point>At least  2-4 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data</point>
  • <point>Outstanding SQL skills and a solid grasp of Python/R for data analysis</point>
  • <point>Fluent with at least one of the BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, Metabase, etc) and data visualization in general</point>
  • <point>Excellent understanding of statistics for A/B testing and experimentation</point>
  • <point>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations</point>
  • <point>Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing complex analytical projects</point>
  • <point>Fluent in English</point>
  • <point>Extra bonus, but not required - experience with marketing and consumer analytics, marketing mix modeling, and/or Bayesian statistics</point>
