CAD Manager

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and experienced CAD Manager to join their team in Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of CAD operations within the company
• Develop and maintain CAD standards and guidelines
• Coordinate with project managers and design teams to ensure efficient use of CAD resources
• Provide technical support and training to CAD operators and designers
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of CAD drawings
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT department to address CAD software and hardware issues
• Manage CAD software licenses and upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other CAD software
• Strong knowledge of CAD standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
