- Oversee all aspects of the people experience with focus on talent acquisition and learning.
- Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
- Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related experience in HR. Real-estate Experience is a plus.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
