We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Central Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective storage, distribution, and delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring inventory accuracy and managing stock levels
• Coordinating the inbound, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Forecasting future inventory requirements and planning resources accordingly.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound and warehousing operations
• Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency
• Collaborating with other PG Supply Chain units to adapt logistics operations to the business needs
• Building relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Introduce technology to improve warehouse functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, business and/or related fields
• Up to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Retail Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or in Operations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent English knowledge (both written and oral)
• Excellent ERP (SAP) knowledge
