The Opportunity
The role of Content Creator for the Culture Kings Group is responsible for creating and executing world-class assets for use on our social media, email marketing, on-site, and all other channels. The role works alongside the Marketing Team to bring their visions to life, achieve sales objectives, and showcase the Culture Kings brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture all content deliverables from off-site campaign shoots, ensuring that content is consistent with the desired mood board
- Assist the Content Lead in campaign ideation and inspiration for campaign shoots
- Plan, ideated and executed product-focused content at a standard that puts Culture Kings as a market leader in the Streetwear industry
- Shoot and edit photos and video assets to be used across website, email, ads, billboard, and store screen channels
- Review content performance across all channels weekly to gather insights and measure success
- Liaise with the studio team to encourage collaboration and communication between departments
- Keep up with industry standards and content trends to constantly evolve and improve ways of working and content created
- Work to set deadlines and deliver all assets within the required time frame

Skills and Experience
- 3 years minimum experience in photography
- 3 years minimum experience in videography
- Previous experience in shooting fashion photography
- Advanced knowledge of studio and natural lighting
- Deep understanding of image processing and colour correction
- Confident working with and directing models
- Advanced knowledge and experience with video editing
