Senior SCCM/Intune Admin The SCCM/Intune Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager/ Intune and its associated software. This includes configuring, monitoring, and supporting clients, servers, and operating systems in a Microsoft environment.
Job Description:
- Candidate should be able to administer and manage endpoint services by working with dispersed team of administrators.
- Manage software requirements for desktop, server and mobile patching.
- Maintain the SCCM/Intune and ensure its ongoing health and viability for the underlying systems, as well as keeping a close eye on all of those systems.
- Carry out updates and similar as and when required, utilizing patches and new builds where necessary to keep security and usability at its very best level.
- Ensure that SCCM/Intune systems are utilized to its full capability to keep all systems working alongside one another perfectly smoothly, including those of different operating systems on a range of devices.
- Deploy driver updates, BIOS updates for a range of models, maintain configuration baselines and prevent configuration drift.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet with deadlines.
- Excellent in communication both written and oral.
- Flexible and excellent team player. Assist all other teams in the business towards working a common goal.
Must have skills:
- With strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and client management platforms SCCM.
- Strong knowledge on Windows 10 administration.
- Experience in application support for Office 365 solutions, Active Directory/Azure Domain, Group Polices, MDM, Desktop Security (Bit locker), Virtual Desktops (MS WVD / VMware / Citrix).
- Well-versed in application, operating system deployment and patching.
- Good knowledge of Windows Active Directory Service and Group Policy
- Worked as a SCCM/Intune Admin working on System Administration and deploying applications.
- Well-versed in Office 365, Networking, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
- Extensive experience on Microsoft Client products, Server and Network Technologies.
- Strong in monitoring, managing and troubleshooting systems, servers and devices.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, automation, and optimization of client computing environments.
- Experience with devices, hardware, drivers and desktop OSs.
- Data networking basics (TCP/IP, routing & switching, etc.).
