Are you a visionary leader with a passion for engineering excellence and deep technical experience in platform engineering and building shared services?
We are seeking a Director of Engineering for our Platform Camp who can lead our efforts in building and scaling our cutting-edge platform capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform. We’ve got a bold vision for where we want to take our platform, and need someone who can lead us on this journey.
From account provisioning and identity access management to web and API gateways, Platform Camp tackles complex challenges to deliver consistent, high-quality services that underpin our platform's scalability, reliability, and security.
As the Director of Engineering within a Camp leadership team you will be accountable for all aspects of the engagement and growth of our talented engineers, delivery of the engineering roadmap, and the stability and quality of the Camp’s production assets. You will be an important conduit for ensuring Platform Camp's engineering is done in collaboration with the wider engineering organisation, bringing all parts of our platform closer together.
