Freshens Team Lead (Dining/Fast Food)

Roanoke College dining services seeks an experienced restaurant team leader to work collaboratively with the location Coordinator on effectively running Freshens Fresh Food Kitchen. The Team Leader should possess excellent communication skills, passion for their work and a creative spirit. Working with the Freshens Coordinator, this position is responsible for supervising, scheduling, and instruction of staff and student employees. Candidate must be able to provide high quality customer service and products consistent with the expectations of the college and maintain high standards of sanitation.

Serving as a representative of Roanoke College, Dining Services employees must display courtesy, tact and respect in all interactions with our students, members of the RC community, and with the general public. All positions require work every other weekend. Candidates must be willing to wear a uniform (provided) and non-slip safety shoes (shoe allowance provided). This is a 11 month, full time position.
