About the Role
You will join our card issuance product team and lead the creation and expansion of our B2B card product processing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the successful execution of technical projects from initiation to closure. You will ensure that we meet our business objectives and deliver on time, within scope, and within budget. Your ability to manage technical details and product management processes is critical to the success of our solutions.
- You will act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. You will help us communicate project progress, status, and risks to ensure alignment with our organization’s goals.
- You understand what we do and how things work at a high level. You’re excited about helping us with releases and sharing our deliverables with our stakeholders. Sometimes you will even write documentation to showcase your technical knowledge about our systems.
- You will help us with requirements gathering, product roadmaps, customer feedback, product strategy, and anything else that helps us define, build, and deliver outstanding solutions to our internal and external customers.
- You’re open-minded and have strong soft skills to relate, collaborate, and communicate well with a diverse audience.
- You love to learn about new software solutions and technologies! Technology evolves quickly and we want to provide the best options for our engineers continuously.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, managing card issuer products.
- Deep technical understanding of issuer transaction processes and the card lifecycle.
- Experience working at an issuer/processor;.
- Previous experience working directly with Visa and Mastercard is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with tokenisation is advantageous.
- Proven experience of scaling new products internationally.
- Must have worked with technology architects & engineers to develop product
- Entrepreneurial drive & bias for execution mindset.
