We are seeking a Sr.Vice President, Pitch Management & Program Execution, to strategically lead our pitch coordination and program management efforts in New York. This role is crucial for integrating product families into client-focused initiatives and maintaining effective communication between KINESSO and Mediabrands agencies. The successful candidate will ensure that pitches and related program activities are executed with excellence and align with our strategic objectives.
Strategic Vision and Execution: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive pitch strategies that align with overall business goals and address client needs effectively.
Project Management Expertise: Strong command of project management methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Client-Centric Focus: Strong understanding of client needs, with the ability to tailor pitch presentations and program activities to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate industry changes, adapt strategies quickly, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Acumen in AdTech and MarTech: Demonstrated success in leveraging ad technology and marketing technology platforms, with a deep understanding of how to effectively integrate these technologies into client solutions.
Success Demonstration: Proven track record of successfully demonstrating the value of ad technology and marketing technology solutions in pitches, showcasing their impact on business growth and client outcomes.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
