What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Allocating emails and notes to the correct files/tasks.
- Completing proposal/application forms.
- Sending renewal proposal forms to clients.
- Amending quotes, policies and renewal terms
- Checking registration, license and tracking documents that come in from clients.
- Following up with clients and insurance companies (looking for documents and/or outstanding information).
- Email/call Insurance companies when needed to make amendments to policies and when needing to fix errors on policies.
- Adding items to Policies (makes, models, serial numbers, and sum insureds).
- Remove items from policies.
- Email instructions to correct insurance companies
- Following up on policies and quotes from insurance companies
- Scheduling meetings with clients or insurance companies.
- Answering calls and taking messages from clients

- Graduate or 1+ years experience
- Math skills, An understanding of statistics and probabilities
- Has an interest in underwriting
- Computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
