People Operations Manager (f/m/d)

As People Operations Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders for all operational topics.You will play a big part in actively shaping the culture of Trade Republic by providing the underlying infrastructure to provide the best service to our teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be a part of our outstanding People Operations Team, comprising 5 talented members, and contribute to its growth
• Proactively kick-off and lead projects aimed at streamlining, scaling, and enhancing processes with a focus on employee experience
• Contribute to the monthly preparatory payroll process end-to-end for our 500+ employees across 7 European countries
• Be a point of contact for all payroll-related questions, offering guidance and support
• Engage, develop, and educate employees and managers on HR policies and programs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in People Operations topics such as visa processes, german labour law, contract management etc. in an hyper growth environment
• Experience with preparatory payroll and strong knowledge of labour and payroll tax laws and regulations, especially German payroll
• Proven track record of successful project management, maintaining composure under pressure
• High attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in German and English (C1)
