About the role: 

Reporting to Director of Revenue Operations, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the entire Marketing department to strategize, streamline and operationalize marketing efforts to drive business impact.

Our Marketing team consists of talented, self-starters who collaborate effectively and thrive in an environment with a high level of autonomy. The team leverages industry knowledge and insights in order to apply the most impactful integrated marketing strategies and tactics that support the company’s mission and business objectives.

A day in the life:     

  • Streamline and execute marketing strategy, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools and systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Develop and refine attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various marketing channels and touchpoints on conversion and revenue generation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on attribution analysis to optimize marketing budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign targeting.
  • Work closely with sales operations, revenue enablement and CRM leads to ensure marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected in our software systems.
  • Support and work closely with marketing functions, conduct monthly cadences to provide useful & relevant insights
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product management, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing ops to drive lead nurture campaigns and improve marketing conversions.
  • Own contact lifecycle management and email segmentation in HubSpot.
  • Manage various inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is aligned between internal stakeholders and tech stack workflows are activated and working.
  • Optimize, refine and maintain lead scoring model in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, ensuring accurate prioritization of leads based on likelihood to convert, and regular review to align with evolving business goals.
  • Act as Marketing automation expert, listening to needs of our buyer personas and offering smart, trackable solutions at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track key success metrics and ROI.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, measure ROI, and provide insights for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage list import process, making sure data being imported flows and collected properly.
  • Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements to customer experience and boost engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure data is flowing downstream & upstream at the right time, in the right place, and to the right people.

What you bring to the team:  

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Health Sciences, or similar
  • HubSpot Marketing Expertise, including certifications (HubSpot Certified is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing BDR led campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with modern marketing and sales development solutions such as Asana, HubSpot, Looker, Incycle, Chillipiper, Zoominfo, Wistia etc.
  • Self-sufficient worker capable of managing multiple deadlines with little supervision

Location and travel requirements:  

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work.
