We are looking for a dynamic & seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead Catapult marketing initiatives in our EMEA region. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute marketing strategies that support the full marketing lifecycle including lead generation and customer retention across every Catapult product. 

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is based in our Leeds, UK office which will require a minimum of 3 days in office per week. The ideal candidate for this role  is a strategic marketing leader with prior experience in a variety of marketing disciplines. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning funnel performance,  project management, and communication across the entire EMEA region. This role will work closely with regional sales, customer success, and product teams to prioritize strategies relevant to regional business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Own The Funnel: You will own the performance of the regional marketing funnel which is based on sales goals.
  • Strategic Communicator: Create and communicate clear & actionable marketing briefs and presentations to relevant stakeholder groups. 
  • Effective Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of marketing activities according to sport/market seasonality, product roadmaps, and/or commercial objectives. 
  • Hands-On Leader: Oversee all marketing initiatives in addition to executing alongside colleagues on the development of marketing deliverables.
  • Project & People Manager: Ability to effectively manage people & projects to ensure on-time delivery and accountability of marketing projects.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Ability to execute across a wide range of digital deliverables including web, design, video, and other channels.
  • CRM Expert: Navigate our marketing & sales CRM software to pull reports, identify market insights, and build digital assets. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of relevant experience across a variety of marketing functions including but not limited to digital & event marketing, marketing strategy development, marketing funnel management, brand management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications or similar degree/equivalent work experience preferred
  • Prior people & project management experience within marketing departments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies applicable to Enterprise SaaS businesses 
  • Understanding of the sports industry, sporting organizations,  and relevant performance analysis technologies
  • Expertise working with marketing & sales tools and analytics platforms, including Salesforce, Hubspot and G-suite.  
  • Experience in web/graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week in Catapult’s Leeds, UK office
