RELEX Product team is pivotal in ensuring our continued growth. We build industry-leading products that fulfil the needs of world’s largest and most advanced retailers and manufacturers.

Join us as a Product Manager and take the responsibility of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

You would join our Platform team and look after the whole RELEX-wide unified services building as relates to CIAM. To ensure close collaboration with the development team, the preferred physical location is Helsinki or at least the candidate needs to be able to align to Helsinki working hours and visit on a semi-regular basis.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Developing and communicating a product vision and strategy for our CIAM solutions in collaboration with the wider R&D function
  • Product Discovery: Conducting market studies, internal and external user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Roadmap Development: Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Feature Definition and Prioritization: Defining product features and requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

There are many people who you can expect support from and to collaborate with, such as Engineering Directors, Technical Architects, Program Managers and Heads of Product. Also, there will be other Product Managers dealing with responsibility areas adjacent to yours whom you will collaborate with. 

We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the IAM or related technology sector.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, IAM concepts, and authorization mechanisms such as RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools for managing product development.

What We Consider as an Advantage:

  • Familiarity with key IAM solutions in the market such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing).
  • Previous experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
