Quelles sont vos missions en tant que Route Supervisor North ?
- Réaliser l’interface entre les gestionnaires d’infrastructure DB Netz et Infrabel, pour les circulations au nord de Bruxelles, afin de fournir au reste du collectif de l’OCC l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exploitation de l’offre Eurostar.
- Commander et adapter les sillons sur les réseaux Infrabel (Nord de Bruxelles) et DB Netz
- Informer Infrabel (en néerlandais) et DB Netz (en allemand) des modifications apportées au plan de transport
- S’informer auprès d’Infrabel et de DB Netz de l’état de disponibilité du réseau pour anticiper des situations perturbées
- Expertiser les choix réalisés par les gestionnaires d’infrastructure Infrabel et DB Netz pour fournir une estimation actualisée du retard des trains en circulation et à venir au Nord de Bruxelles
- Communiquer (en français ou en anglais) les informations pertinentes relatives à la circulation des Eurostar au nord de Bruxelles au reste du collectif de l’OCC (notamment le Duty Shift Leader)
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié avec notre partenaire NS International (Product Control), afin de fournir au reste du collectif de l’OCC l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exploitation de l’offre Eurostar.
- Informer NS Product Control (en néerlandais) des modifications apportées au plan de transport
- S’informer auprès de NS Product Control des conditions de circulation des trains de l’offre Eurostar aux Pays-Bas
- Relayer la politique d’information et de prise en charge, auprès de NS Product Control, applicable aux clients situés aux Pays-Bas.
- Communiquer (en français ou en anglais) les informations pertinentes relatives à la circulation des Eurostar aux Pays-Bas au reste du collectif de l’OCC (notamment le Duty Shift Leader)
- Appliquer les procédures de gestion des anomalies qui surviennent au nord de Bruxelles afin de garantir la sécurité et la continuité de l’exploitation ferroviaire.
- Traiter les dérangements de dispositifs de sécurité embarqués et donner, le cas échéant les autorisations et restrictions de circulation prévues par la réglementation
- Transmettre les avaries aux entités en charge de la maintenance (le fleet controller présent à l’OCC)
- Communiquer (en français ou en anglais) les informations pertinentes relatives à la gestion des anomalies au reste du collectif de l’OCC (notamment au Duty Shift Leader)
- Prendre attachement des événements survenus sur le réseau Eurostar afin de fournir à l’équipe Performance & Compliance une base de données de qualité nécessaire à l’amélioration continue de l’entreprise.
- Renseigner dans regularix le retard des trains circulant sur le réseau
- Renseigner dans regularix tout événement affectant la sécurité ou la sureté de l’exploitation ferroviaire (de nos clients, de nos agents, de nos installations, de nos rames).
- Recueillir et consigner les éléments disponibles permettant la bonne compréhension de l’événement.
- Réaliser une première enquête « à chaud » permettant d’affecter une structure responsible à chaque retard de train, celle-ci sera complétée « à froid » par les équipes de Performance & Compliance
- Transmettre au titulaire du shift suivant l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à l’exercice des missions, dans la continuité de son service

What are your duties as Route Supervisor North?
- Act as the interface between the infrastructure managers DB Netz and Infrabel, for traffic north of Brussels, in order to provide the rest of the OCC team with all the information needed to operate the Eurostar service.
- Ordering and adapting train paths on the Infrabel (North of Brussels) and DB Netz networks
- Inform Infrabel (in Dutch) and DB Netz (in German) of changes to the transport plan.
- Keep Infrabel and DB Netz informed of the availability of the network in order to anticipate disruptive situations
- Assess the choices made by the infrastructure managers Infrabel and DB Netz to provide an up-to-date estimate of the delay to trains currently running and those due to run north of Brussels
- Communicating (in French or English) relevant information about Eurostar traffic north of Brussels to the rest of the OCC team (in particular the Duty Shift Leader).
- To be the main contact with our partner NS International (Product Control), in order to provide the rest of the OCC team with all the information required to operate the Eurostar service.
- Inform NS Product Control (in Dutch) of changes to the transport plan.
- Keep NS Product Control informed of the conditions under which Eurostar trains operate in the Netherlands.
- Inform NS Product Control of the information and handling policy applicable to customers located in the Netherlands.
- Communicate (in French or English) relevant information relating to Eurostar traffic in the Netherlands to the rest of the OCC team (in particular the Duty Shift Leader).
- Apply the procedures for managing anomalies that occur north of Brussels in order to guarantee the safety and continuity of rail operations.
- Dealing with faults to on-board safety devices and, where necessary, issuing the authorisations and traffic restrictions required by the regulations.
- Passing on damage to the entities in charge of maintenance (the fleet controller present at the OCC)
- Communicate (in French or English) the relevant information relating to the management of anomalies to the rest of the OCC team (in particular to the Duty Shift Leader).
- Recording events on the Eurostar network in order to provide the Performance & Compliance team with a quality database necessary for the company's continuous improvement.
- Enter into regularix any delays to trains running on the network
- Record in regularix any event affecting the safety or security of rail operations (of our customers, our agents, our facilities, our trains).
- Gather and record the information available to understand the event.
- Carry out an initial "hot" investigation to assign a responsible structure to each train delay, which will be completed "cold" by the Performance & Compliance teams.
- Passing on to the next shift holder all the information needed to carry out his/her duties, while maintaining continuity of service.

- Treinpaden bestellen en aanpassen op de netwerken van Infrabel (ten noorden van Brussel) en DB Netz
- Infrabel (in het Nederlands) en DB Netz (in het Duits) op de hoogte brengen van wijzigingen aan het vervoersplan.
- Infrabel en DB Netz op de hoogte houden van de beschikbaarheid van het net om te anticiperen op verstorende situaties
- De keuzes van de infrastructuurbeheerders Infrabel en DB Netz evalueren om een actuele schatting te kunnen maken van de vertraging van de treinen die momenteel rijden of die ten noorden van Brussel zullen rijden.
- Relevante informatie over het Eurostar-verkeer ten noorden van Brussel doorgeven (in het Frans of Engels) aan de rest van het OCC-team (in het bijzonder aan de dienstdoende ploegchef).
- Het belangrijkste contact zijn met onze partner NS International (Product Control), om de rest van het OCC-team te voorzien van alle informatie die nodig is om de Eurostar-dienst uit te voeren.
- NS Product Control op de hoogte brengen van wijzigingen in het vervoersplan.
- NS Product Control op de hoogte houden van de voorwaarden waaronder Eurostar-treinen in Nederland rijden.
- NS Product Control informeren over het informatie- en afhandelingsbeleid dat van toepassing is op in Nederland gevestigde klanten.
- Communiceren (in het Frans of Engels) van relevante informatie met betrekking tot Eurostar-verkeer in Nederland aan de rest van het OCC-team (in het bijzonder de Duty Shift Leader).
- De procedures toepassen voor het beheer van anomalieën die zich voordoen ten noorden van Brussel om de veiligheid en continuïteit van de spooractiviteiten te garanderen.
- Afhandelen van storingen aan veiligheidsapparatuur aan boord en, indien nodig, uitvaardigen van de vergunningen en verkeersbeperkingen die vereist zijn door de regelgeving.
- Schades doorgeven aan de met het onderhoud belaste entiteiten (de in het OCC aanwezige vlootcontroleur).
- De relevante informatie met betrekking tot het beheer van anomalieën doorgeven (in het Frans of Engels) aan de rest van het OCC-team (in het bijzonder aan de dienstdoende ploegleider).
- Gebeurtenissen op het Eurostar-netwerk registreren om het Performance & Compliance-team te voorzien van een kwaliteitsdatabase die nodig is voor de voortdurende verbetering van het bedrijf.
- Alle vertragingen van treinen die op het netwerk rijden invoeren in regularix
- Elke gebeurtenis die van invloed is op de veiligheid of beveiliging van de spooractiviteiten (van onze klanten, onze agenten, onze faciliteiten, onze treinen) vastleggen in regularix.
- De beschikbare informatie verzamelen en vastleggen om de gebeurtenis te begrijpen.
- Een eerste "warm" onderzoek uitvoeren om een verantwoordelijke structuur toe te wijzen aan elke treinvertraging, die "koud" zal worden afgerond door de Performance & Compliance teams.
- Doorgeven aan de volgende ploegbaas van alle informatie die nodig is om zijn/haar taken uit te voeren, met behoud van de continuïteit van de dienstverlening.
Requirements
- Diplomé.e d’un niveau EQF level 5/ bac +2
- 5 ans d’expérience dans un métier d’exploitation (ferroviaire, aéroportuaire, transports, hôtellerie...)
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, connaissance en néerlandais et/ou allemand est un plus
- Orientation client et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions ;
- Vision globale, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse en temps limité ;
- Capacité à communiquer clairement des modes opératoires à d’autres collaborateurs et à des partenaires dans un environnement multilingue ;

- EQF level 5/ bac +2 qualification
- 5 years' experience in an operational role (rail, airport, transport, hotel, etc.)
- Fluency in French and English, knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus
- Customer focus and a proactive approach to finding solutions;

- EQF niveau 5/ bac +2 kwalificatie
- 5 jaar ervaring in een operationele functie (trein, luchthaven, transport, hotel, enz.)
- Vloeiend in Frans en Engels, kennis van Nederlands en/of Duits is een pluspunt
